Road till village Asud. From there a walk through the plantation of Areca Nuts and Coconut reach to the base of a hill. A flight of stairs till the temple. Parking is very limited.

About Keshavraj Madir, Asud
It is an ancient temple situated in the village of Asud. From all the sides, the temple is paved by stone pavements. The main deity is Shree Vishnu. A small climbing route with well-built steps, leads to the temple. Temple is surrounded by the forest, giving an experience of a jungle trek. Tall trees of beetle nuts, coconut & mangoes make it a lush green environment throughout the year. The ancient heritage beauty of the temple takes you to the complete serene and beautiful experience of nature. It is believed by the locals that the temple was built by Pandvas overnight
It is a lord Vishnu temple, calling the three and a half feet tall idol Laxmipati, which defines the meaning. The water channel near the temple provides perennial water through a chamber, Gomukh (cow-shaped outlet). We can wash our feet here before entering the temple. There is a lord Ganesh idol to the left of the temple. Temple is facing south
