About Budhalsada

This place is straight out of an artist’s dream with shades of blue, green, silver and so much more. The perfect semicircular curve of the rocks, vastness of the blue sea, waves crashing on the black rocks, roofs of the fisherman settlement popping up on the vast greens around and the entirety of this gives a wholesome vibe.

Seeing water splash on the pitch-black rocks and spraying droplets of it everywhere is a treat to our eyes. On a nearby hill top there is also a temple of Durga devi which is worth visiting. This tiny wonder transports you to a place of solace. Budhalsada used to be an active port initially but only sustains a fisherman settlement now. It is indeed a peaceful place to visit on your tour to Ratnagiri.
